Meet Lindsay A. Barry, DDS

Meet Dr. Lindsay A. Barry

Dr. Lindsay Barry is a graduate of University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco, California. Prior to dental school, Dr. Barry received a B.S. in Biology from the University of Idaho. Dr. Barry was born and raised in a small town in Southeast Alaska, but now calls the Kirkland area her home.

Prevention, health, and a beautiful smile are the primary concerns of Dr. Barry and her staff at Barry General Dentistry. Dr. Barry enjoys building relationships with her patients and actively involving them in their dental care. She believes in gentle dentistry and a painless experience, and provides laughing gas for those that are fearful of dentistry.

Dr. Barry is passionate about taking continuing education courses to provide her patients with the best possible care. She has taken many courses in aesthetic dentistry, Invisalign, periodontics, oral surgery, and implants. She was recently recognized by her peers as one of Seattle Metropolitan Magazine’s Top Dentists. Dr. Barry is a member of the American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, and King County Dental Society. Dr. Barry also gives back by volunteering with Donated Dental Services. This program donates dental care to the disabled, elderly or medically compromised people who cannot afford the necessary treatment nor get public aid. She also furthers her knowledge by participating in multiple study clubs with her peers.

Beyond dentistry, Dr. Barry spends time with her two children, her sweet son Cameron and feisty dog Emmy Lou. She is also an avid fitness enthusiast and enjoys the outdoors.

Meet Jason Joo, DDS


Dr. Jason Joo graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in Loma Linda, California. He received his B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of California Irvine. Dr. Joo spent most of his life in sunny California but has been enjoying the beautiful Pacific North West!

“Connecting with patients and understanding their concerns is the first step to establishing a healthy and beautiful smile. My goal is to provide compassionate and ethical care for my patients and inform them of their needs so that we can help restore their oral health, together. I believe in preventive and conservative dentistry to meet the needs of my patients.”

Dr. Joo is passionate about volunteering in both local and international communities. He was the recipient of the Terry Tanaka Student Humanitarian Award while in dental school. This award is awarded to a single student in the United States for their humanitarian spirit by the Academy of Dentistry International. His grant proposal also received the Thomas J. Zwemer Award by the ADA Foundation which recognizes excellence in providing services to underserved populations outside of the U.S.

Dr. Joo is a member in the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and is a participant at the Kois Center in Seattle. He strives for excellence and values time spent keeping up with the latest in dentistry.

In his spare time, Dr. Joo loves to spend time with his family and friends. You can find him golfing, cooking, or fishing during his time off!

Meet Kevin R. Suzuki, DDS


Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists Dr. Suzuki graduated with his DMD from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine, Ft. Lauderdale, FL.  His residency was in Periodontics and Oral Implantology at Temple University School of Dentistry, Philadelphia, PA, where he also earned his Masters of Science degree.  Kevin trained under the tutelage of Professor Carl Misch , Director of Oral Implantology and Professor Jon Suzuki, Program Director, both at Temple University. His research explored implant site preparation bone grafting in Macaca fascicularis in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Dr. Suzuki is currently an Affiliate Clinical Professor at the University of Washington School of Dentistry. 

He is also a Graduate Periodontics Clinical Professor at Temple University School of Dentistry. As an advocate for continuing education, he not only teaches dental students, he is active in his continuing education so he is able to provide the most advanced treatments possible in caring for his patients. He is also Vice-President of the Washington State Society of Periodontists. Dr. Suzuki is an Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America.  His hobbies include swimming, volleyball, and guitar.  He resides in Gig Harbor, WA.
